Overview Design a wizard character for book named the wizard and the hopping pot by the well-known writher J.K. Rowling for children,try to focus on the specific audience to do the design researchand try to explore different visual methods.

The project aimed at the children(6-12 year old),they interested in myths and magic things, and the same time, theirs parents would be considered be the secondary audience, becasue the parents would help the children(under 16 year old) to choose the books.

With the best-selling movie Harry potter,the story about wizard and magic became attractive for children again, the wizard charater in the book is not just a mysterious wizard, he is also a common boy, he has the shortcoming too, appeal to children to thinking about themselves, to judge the right and wrong things.
