Identity Design for The Volume Phayathai Condominium

Recent weeks ago, I was asked to design a logo and its identity for a brand new urban condominium in Bangkok, Thailand. Client have his own name for the project – The Volume – that come from its selling point. It is about extra space. We call it “Double Space, Double Volume”. So firstly I think to the capital V shape to run this project.
However, I also think it along with a key visual
that could be presented the meaning of ‘volume’.
So, both graphics above happened at the same time.
***Volume means the amount of space
that a substance or object occupies, or
that is enclosed within a container.
Then it was colorized.
And, then choosing typefaces and lettering it by trying to keep an aspect of volume.
So, ‘E’ was positioned behind and ‘V’ was in front.
After that, I found out the solution of its graphic treatment.
Last, creating a pattern design.
After finished the above process, others started, especially in various types of media.
This is frontside of the printed direct mail.
And, its backside.
This is EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) that will be sent to the targets’ emails with a function to RSVP online.
It would link to a page on the website (www.thevolumecondo.com).
