IDeaS, a company that specializes in analytical pricing optimization for the hotel industry, was having trouble articulating their offering. We paired it down, gave them a presence that hoteliers can identify with, and used customer pain points to tee up what IDeaS does best. Every interaction with IDeaS is now ultra relevant to hoteliers' needs. We developed a tight strategy for them to carry on, created an identity system, rebuilt and redesigned their web presence, and captured their essence through a corporate brochure and video. They are an awesome client.
