THE HUMAN CONDITION - BRANDING
Using the title ‘The Human Condition’ create a brand for the ICA Literary Festival. Produce a range of promotional materials including a logo.
Working with the concept of ‘Self-Awareness’ being a large aspect of the human condition, the use of mirrored elements were implemented. The brand and it’s logo became about giving the audience something to discover and made it more than just a standard static logo.
A publication to celebrate the books at the festival was produced, with a typographic response to the quotes in them. They were designed with the brands concept in mind with the use of reflection lines and transparencies. A ticket and motion ident were also created carrying the concept further.
