I was just passing by.

  • A work in progress exploring the relationship between people 
    and spaces. The collection is comprised of different materials. 
    First, a laser-engraved series investigates mankind’s subconscious 
    yet unstoppable need for leaving traces in the landscape 
    and the search for human features in nature.
  • The second stage, based on Italo Calvino’s novel 
    The Invisible Cities, is a collection of illustrations
    that visually combines the author’s allegorical point 
    of view on societies with aspects from Icelandic 
    landscape and society.
  • The project was exhibited during Menningarnótt 2012 at 7Factory Design Gallery, Reykjavík.
