A school project from Design outside the box class at Academy of Art University

This project was started from the curiosity of why we have 24 not 25 hours a day and what would happen if we had 25 hours. Would it be benefit for someone who think they do not have enough time?

After spending a great amount of time on researching, I found that in the far future, we will really have 25 hours a day due to the slow spinning of the Earth. However, that is not a good news. Once we have additional 1 hour, we will experience tremendous climate change and earthquakes all across the globe. People will be suffered, freezing and burning to death.

During the design process, I was pushed to tell this story in creative ways. Therefore, I proposed the abstract solution that might make us survive through this new World — we should learn and adapt the animal abilities in order to survive. For example, hibernation like bears.

Under the same title: I Wish I Had More Time, these four posters also represent my another idea of procrastinator who usually think 24-hour is not enough and always ask for more time.
