- I See a Ship on the Ocean
An analog captured image related to the "Transference" memory series but differing in the addition of smoke to seemingly animate an inanimate object. For me this is an image in which an object from the past continues to resonate. It is an image that questions the trustworthiness of our own vision. It is an image that exposes the limitations of what is perceptible verses what is knowable. Mysteriously within the image also seem to lie the qualities of a fleeting self-portrait.
