This 30th anniversary annual report was an opportunity to reintroduce Human Rights Watch to a new donor base. To truly deliver on the new positioning "Tyranny Has A Witness" the report visualized impact, progress, and evidence by displaying and humanizing telegraphic information without melodrama.
