The Lied Lab 2010 Hugo Wolf Festival is a creative workshop bringing together the traditional songs of composer Hugo Wolf and contemporary visuals on five evenings.

The design concept started with a typographical examination. The result is a font made of rather abstract geometric elements, almost similar to a stencilled lettering referring to musical tokens.

Typography is applied to the invitation poster printed on translucent leightweight paper. The accompanying songbooks contain abstract illiustrations and colours in line with the five main topics. The DVD Packaging forms the title "Hugo Wolf" in either way combined.
