During this art show, the audience was not only audience members but also the artist and sometimes the art. By using a QR code or sending an email, participants could submit pictures that instantaneously became part of the art show.  

Also through a process of decentralized WOM (word of mouth) communications, groups would converge throughout the night as a living sculpture and then disperse as if nothing happened.
