HCWC was in need of a logo that would communicate the mission of their church. The mark created relates to the church's tagline 'Restoring the City', referring to the story of Nehemiah in the Bible (Neh 2:17-18).
In Addition, HCWC wanted a logo that would represent life and renewal, spiritual growth, tranquility, healing and prosperity.
One of my rough sketches that I felt would work best to further develop.
