Self Promotional - Here are my holiday cards for this year. It's composed of lots of multi-media elements, both handmade and digital. I first traced snowflakes from a Metropolitan Museum of Art catalog (some ornaments), and then created a collage with ink and acrylic paints. Then scanned the image into the computer to play around with layering the traced snowflakes elements. I loved how the computer only picked up some of the detail when "live" tracing the images in Illustrator. It was a lot of fun!
