Hijjas Kasturi Associates: Forming Identities

  • Based on the single minded proposition, of “Forming Identities”, I’ve created a corporate brochure, complete with a packaging for Hijjas Kasturi Associates.
     
    To reflect the single minded proposition on the book, I’ve used the content structure to reflect it.
     
    The chapters are divided according to the idea of forming, as in “Form, Forming, Identify the Identities” To show the steps of forming an identity.
     
    The typeface used reflects the nature of the firm, which is architectural, with it’s line based design and angular shapes.
     
    The book is done in black and white, including photography to reflect sophistication. The black cover, with the title and informations printed on, is to reflect Hijjas Kasturi’s sense of subtlety in terms of designs.
     
    The book is done in a rather big size is because to reflect the firms status as an renowned international company,
    The folding timeline pages in the book is to reflect the company’s evolvement. From one of their very first prominent achievement of the Menara Maybank, to other more different and memorable skyscrapers in the future.
