Highwood House is a high-end property development within a heritige listed building in Fitzrovia, London. As well as designing a sales brochure, I also developed marketing collateral that brought the brand through various print media. We decided to incorporate stylish fashion images into the branding to give our campaign a point of difference to other standard property marketing that floods the Asian market. Creative Direction by Eric Biegelmaier

 

(1) Advertising in Asian broadsheet newspapers. We did several colour tests on newsprint to determine the exact shade of pink and tint percentage of the background image for maximum impact.

 

(2) Direct marketing A5 card, posted to potential investors.

 

(3,4) Marketing suite panel graphics highlighting location, lifestyle, apartment interiors and floor plans.
