During the enrollment season, many different forms of advertisement lead to this response capture site. We wanted to make it super simple, easy and responsive in order to create the best experience for the customer. After submitting information we wanted to make sure the customer could download a PDF of the guide or further engage with Highmark.
Responsive Version
If the customer happened come into the site on a mobile or tablet the site is responsive so it forms to whatever device they’re on. Simplified and easy to fill out creates a better mobile/tablet experience for the customer.
