Challenging Stereotypes of Asian Americans in the MediaWinner of Creative Quarterly 31 of Summer 2013 - How many Asian American actors can you name that haven't played the stereotypical role of a nerd, martial artist, or china doll? The focus of the book design was to create a stronger awareness of the effects of Asian stereotypes on American society through personal stories, statistics, and various opportunities for change.This project won Creative Quarterly 31, which will be published and exhibited in the next Creative Quarterly, on the newsstand Summer 2013.
