Our team joined the Herbalife concept-store Minsk project as a local construction consultant - services company Filuet-RS has its own in-house interior designer who made the design-concept. But our experience and commitment to the design quality allowed us to embrace all the design process from the idea to realization in a very tight timetable and budget - all of the design, build, furnishing, equipment and delivery phases took less than 3 months. It was our responsibility to review the layout, including the sales area, offices (both for Herbalife and Filuet employees), meeting and conference rooms, WCs, storage and IT facilities.
Next step was to develop a design idea, based on the strict branding requirements. At the entrance visitors and customers are welcomed by the glass waterfall wall with the logo on it, lit with multi-color LEDs, which also acts as a partition for the conference room. Main focus point of the sales area - huge backlit ceiling with logo not only directs customers from the entry door to the shop, but even attracts looks of the passersby. We organize the sales space according to the client's well-tested process requirements into the several function zones. We also designed custom-made furniture for the sales area.
A compact office for Herbalife staff located to the right off the entrance. It includes the managers workplace, separated by low partition, and 5 places for the other employees. A small meeting room is located by the entrance to the office, and can be used without interrupting the work.
Storage facilities are located at the back-side of the store and are well connected both to the sales area and to the loading back-door. IT and security equipment is located at the basement.
Next phase was to supervise the construction process and to work with sub-contractors on the custom made furnishing, IT and security equipment, waterfall, main and decorative lighting etc.
Opening of the first store in Belarus, which is 76 country for Herbalife, celebrated by the 4.300 visitors of the Herbalife Extravaganza in July, 2011.
