Henk Moolman is an optometrist based in Wellington (Western Cape, South Africa) who approached Fishgate Advertising
to do a campaign for his newly-opened practice. The agency saw it as a refreshing challenge to do an Afrikaans campaign for a small town business, and jumped right into conceptualising an idea.
The truly local poster campaign features Wellington residents as models and was shot in and around the small town in the Andrew Murray Church, the local home industry shop and on Welbedacht wine farm. It encourages the people of Wellington to leave the Langarm on the dance floor and come in for an eye test.
