Hellosmile is a network of pediatric dental clinics in NYC. They help to educate, engage and empower underserved communities through a message of health and wellness.
We are worked with Hellosmile and the HelloLAB to develop a number of products, systems and services that better the doctor-patient experience and help to improve the health and wellness of each child in the communities they serve. We used role-playing, interviews, observations and prototyping to collaboratively develop objects and environments that create the hellosmile experience.
