Haute Chocolate
'Haute Chocolate' is made using throw away laminate samples , dress picked up from the streets & nylon cord.
The top layer of the haute couture uses the technique of Macramé (knotting) and Laminate samples from a sample book.Laminates of various sizes were cut and filed to squares of 4 cm x 4 cm with filleted edges and drilled in the centre of the nylon chord. Further, the laminates were arranged from an ombre of Dark chocolate to white and knotted together using Macramé to form the top layer of the haute couture.
The inner garment was upcycled out of an old dress.
