Some concept ideas for Harvey Nichols to increase brand awareness and customer interaction and loyalty.
 
Below: A redesign of the website tailored to local interests, events and promotions. We suggested feeding content from Harvey's various social media touch points.
Proposed addition to their current Facebook page. Create a tool that provides style advice and tips. Perhaps give followers a first peek at the new fashions of the season.
A Facebook competition where we surprise the contestants with a box of Harvey Nichol's latest fashions and ask them to style it their way. They post their styles online and the public votes on their favourites. Winner gets to take part in a live fashion show in-store.
In-store tool that helps women find the perfect prodcucts for their features. A touch screen allows them to swipe through the various facial features until they find the ones that match them best. Then Harvey suggests several products and provides tutorials on how to use them.
 
The shoppers can then send the shopping list of items to their phone making it easier to find them in store.
A website where visitors can click on any area of Dubai to see what's in style at the moment. Content is submitted by the public and professionals photographers we hire to scope out the city.
We suggested they pump up their online presence in the region. Below are some of the ways we think might help Harvey Nichols start conversations with their fans and followers.
