Hartselle High School Class of 2003 Logo
Logo/Collateral, 2012-2013

I was approached a few weeks ago by my high school with the offer to create a logotype for our up-and-coming class reunion next year.  I wanted to reference the feel of the high school, with it's majestic tiger and slab serif , but update it. The high school itself is in the process of being updated and rebuilt on a new site, so the idea of updating the feel of the school seemed very appropriate.

The type treatment is the same as my Helton logo, the very machined Carton typeface, with a tiger perched atop rocks.  The pattern underneath "Hartselle High School" is 2003 in morse code. The logo is designed to stand by itself, but it's components can be used separately as the need arises.
