This project is a part of an assignment for the Drawing Techniques module. The goal was to take an object you find interesting and turn it into a handdrawn pattern on an A3 page, later colouring it in with mixed media of your choosing. Having a soft spot for oldschool trainers the choice of the motif was easy. It is the colouring phase that took the most effort, especially to an idealistic, detail-oriented mind.
Media used: 2B pencil, 6B pencil, acrylics, watercolours, felt pens, highlighter.
