Handjobs in SA was completed as part of my B.Tech research into hand crafted type over digital type as a more powerful communicative tool, presented in the form of a poster book, consisting of a publication, posters and post cards. The book reveals unique tangible typographic solutions developed through diverse and experimental techniques. South Africa’s multicultural prejudice and stereotypes are playfully interpreted into tangible typographic forms as image.
