In the modern era, the popular culture and the cyber culture coexist. And one of those things these two
cultures have in common is the experience of illusion. The scientific definition of an illusion goes that it is a
projected image that is purely caused by the internal stimuli without any stimulation from the outside world.
Therefore, an illusion could be said to be a falsified sense. But, it is different from misperception that reminds
of an image from an external stimulation. According to Baudrillard, there is no original for anything that is found
in the cyber culture. This culture, yet again, depend on the experience of the illusion. In this space, what we
experience is not totally disconnected with the outside world. But, it has certain similarity with such
experiences like having dreams with eyes wide open, sounds without sounds, senses without touches.
