HIGHWAY TO HERITAGE- It's all in the details
On this collection I spent a lot of time moving seams around and make them into decorative details on the garments. But the most important part for me on this collection was the construction of the garments. They've got a great fit and shape. Played with mixing different materials such as knits, leather, cotton and silk etc. Ex. a blazer with knit fabric and metalic leather patch detail. Trousers with four pockets and a shirt with twisted seams and metalic leather patch detail.
This collection started out as a men's wear collection, but towards the end I decided try and make some of the garments in more feminine and delicate fabrics. Wanted to see if the different garments could work as women's wear.
Streetwear clothing with a tailored look and with a splash of colour!
On the photoshoot I worked with the talented photographer Kristoffer Hunstad, http://cargocollective.com/hunstad. And Annika Hl did a great job on hair and make-up. And the handsome devil is Christian Rustberggard.
