The brief required a re-brand to be done for an existing charity, this included logo, stationery and an advertisement.
The charity I decided to go for was The Guide Dogs Association For The Blind (or simply Guide Dogs).
The advert features a photo of my own taking of a friends dog, which I then adjusted in Photoshop. I decided to use my friends pug as I wanted to try a different approach to a charity campaign, this being more tongue-and-cheek. This was not to take away from the serious work of the charity but instead was based on the idea that people may respond better to an advert of this nature.
My idea was to get what I thought to be the most unlikely dog you could get to be a guide dog and try to get across that it dreams of one day becoming a guide dog, hence the lines "there's one in every dog" and "don't take away a dog's dream".
My idea for the re-branded logo can also be seen at the bottom of the advert.
