Grandparents Day Campaign
Illustration and Design for a save-the-date postcards.
The Grandparents Day has always carried the imagery of trees and branches as an image of family (i.e. family tree). I was commissioned to create a refresh to the campaign with an original illustration. I referenced 1960s and 70s illustration when they heavily used simplified shapes for complex elements such as branches, bushes and bundles of leaves. I textured each circle like a print-making stamp and multiplied the colors to resemble water-coloring. Illustration, logo design, typesetting are completely my work.
