Grand Ronde Hospital Recruitment Campaign
Grand Ronde Hospital needed a recruitment package to attract potential new employees coming out of medical and nursing schools. Because of the hospital's rural location they needed to find an angle that would be appealing.

Working together with the Hospital PR department it was decided to use the outdoor opportunities and rural environment to their advantage. The package was developed off of the concept "Come to work. Stay to play." A simple idea highlighting the various outdoor activities available in the region and the benefits of living in a small rural Oregon city.

The package was designed to hold a DVD presentation of the hospital along with a pocket to contain a set of interchangeable information cards that could be arranged and customized depending on who it was targeting. Among those cards is a base set that highlights the various aspects and benefits of the surrounding community.

The piece uses a dark grey to act as a backdrop to the local photography along with a bright active orange to illustrate to active lifestyle available in Grand Ronde.

A microsite was also developed from the recruitment package. This site acted to allow those interested in a job opportunity to find out more, contact the hospital, and apply for any available jobs.
