Founded in 1992, EMAS has been on a fast path of growth and development over the past 20 years. Known for success in the Asia Pacific maritime industry with a modern and versatile fleet of vessels, the company quickly expanded listing EMAS on the Singapore stock exchange in 2003 and adding world-class fabrication facilities in Vietnam. Over the next few years, EMAS began its construction and production division listing it as EOC Limited on the Oslo stock exchange in 2007. In 2008 EMAS launched its energy division offering onshore and offshore drilling and well services. In 2011 EMAS embarked on the highly strategic acquisition of Aker Marine Contractors (AMC) forming the subsea construction and installation division EMAS AMC, further enhancing global reach and deepwater capability.
