A project by Boston based Art Collaborations Worldwide, scheduled to begin in 2014, Glint is a unique exhibition of monumental, historic Thanjavur paintings from South India, presented in dialogue with dramatic contemporary masterpieces from around the world.
Inspired by the letterforms of Tamil script, we set out to create something which would reflect the exhibition's spirit of re-appropriation. The Glint identity is a coming together of Eastern and Western typographic behaviours, creating a surprising and bold graphic exchange.
