One of the faster growing cities in the Phoenix metro area, Glendale was looking to team with Arrowhead mall owners and create a transit station to server both interests. A parking garage/ transit station incorporates ideas of usable mass transit and pedestrian improvements. Additionally transit stations for Downtown Glendale were conceptually developed to provide relief to that areas growing transit needs.
