Gjurek wines

Gjurek wines, grown and cultivated in Kotarice, small village in the Croatian Hinterland by Nikola and Valentina Djurek (Nikola is also founder of Typonine). According to some interpretations, Hinterland winegrowers are the ones who raised peasant revolt in 1573., pressed by numerous commitments and contributions to the feudal lords and the Church. In the hills and in the huts, somewhere still processing grapes in the traditional manner, wine growers of this region (and other continental wine sub), spend much of their time, organising celebrations and finding rest after hard work.
