CHALLENGE The design challenge was to create a dynamically sculptured, vibrant and inviting Office Complex and establish a distinguished Building in a prime location in Kuwait city (as a headquarter for the Ministry of Interior of state of Kuwait. It was required to present 6 different al approaches for the design concept in one month.
