Gavilon broke away from ConAgra Foods to become an independently held commodity management company. At the time, they were the eighth largest company in their industry. Within a matter of years,
they’d become the third largest. Only two industry giants stood in their way.
To face those Goliaths, Gavilon needed to look and sound battle-ready. That started with a new brand.
And that new brand started with us.
After extensive research that uncovered Gavilon’s very essence, we were able to develop a new visual language that spoke to the company’s strength, agility and perseverance. This included a new icon, a
custom typeface and fresh color palette. We also uncovered the story behind Gavilon’s success—
its relentless problem solving on behalf of its customers. This story was told through a brand video and
brand book that rallied Gavilon’s employees around the daily pursuit of victory that made the company
unique in its outlook and its business practices.
