- Gap needed to redesign the training systems they used to introduce new product lines. They asked us to convey product information in smaller, easy-to-digest units. In response, we created a new modular layout with a system of instructional icons, informational call outs, and brief product descriptions to educate sales associates on new products while communicating strong brand and seasonal messaging.
