Swords & Sworcery inspired Character design - Over a week I went out to attain a new style of pixel art based largely on the fantastic Swords & Sworcery aesthetic. It was super fun to experiment with.
I usually worked on a canvas size of 192px X 108px then exported at 1000% the size (so it came out as a nice background size of 1920x1080), then brought it back into Photoshop to do things like light sources and reflections.
While I was at it I did a shout out to the Dwarf Fortress community.
