A freelance logo project I created for a client for her photography business. I was approached by a friend who wanted me to design a Japanese style logo, using only 4 main colours, Red, pink white and black. This came as a challenge simply because what they asked for seemed so detailed for a logo but yet with a some time and experiments, I was able to define a logo that was both detailed and colourful but simple and effective that doesn't look out of place.
What I enjoyed most was being able to explore a whole new culture from mine. To explore and eastern style culture but make it so modern was interesting. Developing these design were exciting, visually I found each experiment beautiful, which isn't how I would describe many of my projects.
