Provocateurs of the Sydney contemporary art scene, GRANTPIRRIE unashamedly sought to say ‘fuck you’ to their competition.
An identity conceived as the very antithesis of the norm - no blacks, beiges of tints of grey. Fluro green became the gallery’s colour - mied with small pieces of non sequitir type. Folding business cards contained hidden messages inside such as ‘this space left intentionally blank’ or ‘move aong, nothing to see here’.
