Native Americans and medieval Europeans named January's full moon after the howling of hungry wolves lamenting the midwinter paucity of food.Other names for this month's full moon include old moon and ice moon.

The moon was hidden by thick clouds and it was cold windy day.
When the cloud cover opened up, I had lost my sense of direction.
From the moment I saw the beautiful full moon, I felt magnetic attraction...
I slowly shut my eyes...
Even though you are million miles away from me, I could melt with you...
just like running your blood straight through my heart...
Souls meet on a level senses can't define...
