During my MSc (2008-2009) I was approached by one of the Academics in the Life & Health Sciences department of the University regarding several small scale projects. The brief for this project was to create a CAD model and renders of part a Freeze Dryer Microscope.
Whilst not an exactly scaled model of the piece of machinery, the render is meant as a educational aid for understanding the inner workings and layout of the product.
This project was carried out using SolidWorks and it's rendering package, which has now been replaced by the integrated "PhotoView 360" package.
