- A bespoke sans serif typeface was designed for the word mark to express Fox Browne's attention to detail in everything that they do.The two names are not separated by a space, but by a "slash". This is to represent the coming together of the two individuals into one fantastic team.The word "CREATIVE" is grey, signaling that it is a secondary element in the word mark, the creativity can only be expressed through the team of Fox and Browne.
The typeface is based on the strong, bold, gothic typefaces of the early 20th century, but is made more contemporary by it's geometric construction and near monoline appearance. This (paired with the serif typeface) was done to give the brand a feeling of trustworthiness.
The secondary identifying element is the pattern made by the repetition of the "slash" to create a woven texture.
The colour palette is taken from muted tones found in South African landscapes.
