- Form Study of Flight
Interpretation of the movement of flight through 3D forms - This is a study on form and motion. I was inspired by the wings of a bird and the muscular and skeletal system of the human body. My goal is to portray the initial instance of take-off and how the muscles react to such a force. It is a play on the interaction between the muscular system and the skeletal system.
The model is hand carved from polyurethane foam and heat formed acrylic.
