A study of colorful veggie cuisine - As a vegetarian for more than 6 years and person passionate about raw food I commonly hear the question "But what do you eat?". First this question used to make me smile, but at some point I also started to search for a more interesting and expressive way to make people familiar with alternative and healthy food choices.
