For this project, we were asked to design a box, bottle, and a bag. I chose to do a series of food products that may not typically be packaged together under the same brand. I designed ingredients that are used to make a Vietnamese dish called 'xoi'. It is a rice dish that can be either savory or sweet using sweet/sticky rice.

When doing research, I noticed in most asian products the packaging is very standard and not very interesting. There was not much variation within the packaging, making it difficult to differentiate between brands. I wanted to modernize the look of these ingredients to stand out amongst competitors and also appeal to consumers who may not be familiar with the product. Read Less
