Jon Challicom is a London-based photographer specialising in contemporary portraiture and corporate communications, equally at home in either photographic studios or on location.

He spent most of his twenties working as a documentary photographer, shooting overseas assignments for NGO’s and winning awards for his work capturing sensitive, difficult moments in peoples lives both at home and abroad.

He then met a girl, settled down and focussed his attentions on what England had to offer. His clients now range from magazines to design agencies, charities to multi-national corporations. Recent assignments include corporate marketing campaigns such as Programme Emptor for Canon, editorial features such as the ACCA global award winners and the NSPCC annual review for the past three years.

Jon draws from a diverse skillset giving his work a luminance which makes each image jump from the page, and creates a unique contemporary style which can be seen in the pages of this book. With more than fifteen years experience in the industry he’s yet to be fazed by politicians, CEOs or even children.
