Financial App - Interface Design
This project has been a great project to work on, and has taught me a lot about interface design. We had some unique challenges when approaching this design. The interface had to be easily "themeable" via CSS, so the design had to be simple enough to re-brand with minimal CSS. I'll add more images as the project progresses, but here's a shot of the budgets page.
This is an example of the dashboard page with a different theme applied. I used SASS when creating the CSS for this application, which made creating different themes very simple.
This is part of the admin interface for the application. Aside from normal admin functions like adding, editing, and deleting users - they are able to create "offers" and send them out to their users.
This is a shot of the transactions page. Users are able to categorize their transactions to accurately see monthly spending trends. The tooltip box is a jquery plugin I implemented that walked the user through the various tasks that can be performed from this page.
here's a shot of my re-design of the current goals section. After this app was finished, i started going back through each section and seeing where i could make improvements. I'm starting with the goals section.
