Fairways Brookwater–Affordable Golf Front Living. The vision for the site focused on integrating the natural bush setting with the contemporary housing designs. To illustrate the "Bush Urban" character, the Masterplan was created using an Australian bush colour palette and 3D rendered landscaping which extends from the public open spaces and streetscapes through to the individual housing lots. The suite of sales material includes a Masterplan, Style Guides and Individual Lot Plans for Stages 1 and 2.
