The first edition, limited to 2000 copies, comes bound in traditional buckram cloth, each copy signed by the present band members, with a DVD documentary in addition.
The book is printed in a dark brown Pantone ink on a very special paper, Fedrigoni Arcoprint Milk. The paper is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, too.
