This is a fair stand design for Copenhagen Fashion Week 2012. The stand exhibits the final projects from the graduating master students at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design. In the design of this fair stand, we were inspired by the ready made visual identity for the related fashion show - for the sake of recognizability. Here the themes were collage, deconstruction and minimalism. Our goal was to create a dynamic expression, with podiums that would highlight the exhibited pieces. The podiums are built of oriented strand board, which has a raw appearance. Low tec and low budget. The letters and logos are laser cut in polycarbonate.
